Jarod Bona, Esq.

Jarod M. Bona is a 2001 Harvard Law School graduate that—in addition to his real-estate investments and practice—has a national law firm, Bona Law PC, with offices in La Jolla, California and New York City. He is also the editor of Bona Law’s Real Estate Blog, Titles & Deeds, which discusses important legal, financial, and practical issues for real estate investors. Before starting Bona Law in 2014, Mr. Bona was an attorney at international law firms Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and DLA Piper.

Jarod is a long-time real estate investor with his wife, Mary, who comes from generations of real estate investing. Their investments have ranged from vacation rentals to traditional rentals to fix and flips.  That experience motivated him to add a real estate practice to his law firm and obtain his real estate license so he could offer top quality assistance that clients seeking to buy or sell real estate could trust.

In the Southern California market, transactions are often valued at millions of dollars. Legal clients with that amount at stake demand attorneys with top credentials, experience, and abilities. So it makes sense that real estate clients in Southern California would demand similarly strong real estate agents.

Mr. Bona applies the same skills and mentality that he has learned handling complex antitrust and litigation matters to helping buyers and sellers obtain the best real estate deals they can. His credentials and experience offer him and his clients a distinct advantage over the typical agent.

Jarod decided to affiliate with Beal Real Estate because they understand how to optimize new technology and opportunities for clients and they offer a new generation of real estate services, in an industry that is often tired with little desire to innovate.

Jarod resides in Rancho Santa Fe, California with his wife, son, and smooth-coat collie. He and his wife are particularly familiar with neighborhoods in Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Carmel Valley, and La Jolla.
