Zero Risk Listing

Zero Risk Listing FAQ

Q: Are there any cost at all?

A: You only pay if Beal RE procures an offer that is acceptable to You!

Q: How long do I have before I can cancel my listing and move to another brokerage?

A: Cancel the Listing at Any time.  Please allow three business days to have our sign removed and two days for the listing to be withdrawn from the Multiple Listing Service. You get the flexibility that most agent don’t or won’t offer. If you list with just any other agent they can lock up your listing for up to 180 days, whether you are happy with their performance or not. That is just not fair.

Q: What type of marketing is done?

A: At No Charge to You, we will list your property on the MLS filling out all the necessary information accurately. Your property will be placed on the Beal RE Website, all of our social media accounts, Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, Craigslist and more.  In addition, we will provide a custom lawn sign and professional flyers on the property. We will hold an Open House weekly until the property is sold. Beal RE will also advertise the property online through our proprietary online marketing technology, allowing the listing of your home to reach a much larger audience.

Q: Will photos be taken of my home?

A: Beal Real Estate will take the highest quality professional photographs of your home. We offer day and evening photography sessions and we create a custom Virtual Tour of your home.

Q: What other types of Advertising do you offer?

A: We offer individually tailored print advertising options for each listing, ranging from magazines, door drops and direct mail.  In addition, we network with other agent via the regional broker caravans held weekly by each regional real estate association to make them aware of Your Listing.

Q: How do you follow up on potential buyers?

A: Staying in Touch - We follow up on every showing with other agents. We then contact you with the feedback so you know what’s going on. Marketplace feedback is a valuable tool in procuring the most money for your home. Most agent neglect this.

Q: What are the other Benefits of the Beal RE No Risk Listing?

A: There is no one additional answer, but below are just a few of the many more benefits when you make the right choice and list with Beal RE:

No Pressure Presentation

I will never allow you to be pressured by the buyer’s agent. All offers will be emailed, faxed or delivered to my office and presented to you by phone, email or in person so that you can make your decisions privately.

Helping you get Top Dollar

As your agent our duty is to help negotiate the best possible price and terms for you. Because of our research and finger on the pulse of the market, we have the experience and awareness of the marketplace to guide your decisions. As well as agents who have years practicing as a real estate attorney negotiating thousands of contracts.

Complete Market Analysis

Anybody can press a button a computer program and churn out data showing comps. In fact there are a number of online programs for the home seller to do just that. While it is important to know what has sold. It is equally important to know what the current competition is, as well as who has failed to sell. This information becomes even more meaningful when interpreted through the eyes of experience. Much like evaluating x-rays, without the doctor’s experience and training the information can be misdiagnosed this is how we determine the ceiling of what the market will bear, as well as the average marketing time for your neighborhood.

Setting the Right Price

No marketing on earth can overcome a bad price. Key components to a fast sale include: Pricing correctly, the home on lockbox (with easy access) and correct information in the MLS. Add to that a knowledgeable, skilled agent, and your home will sell.
